SQF is an integrated company with our own factory covering the full production process of billiard tables and sports equipment (cutting, assembly, finishing), plus export qualifications (Guangzhou SQF Sports Co., Ltd.). We support OEM/ODM and also distribute major international brands.

For standard billiard table models, MOQ starts from 1 unit (sample orders negotiable). Flooring is quoted by project area. Accessories are ordered in sets. Wholesale/distributor orders can mix multiple models in one container.

25-30 days after receipt of the 30% deposit. Customized orders (special size/color/logo) may add 5-10 days. In-stock accessories can ship immediately.

We support EXW, FOB (Guangzhou port), CIF (sea port only, freight+insurance included), DDU (door delivery, duty unpaid) and DDP (duty paid, excluding local VAT). Optional add-ons: marine cargo insurance +$50, Certificate of Origin +$120.

Standard terms: 30% TT deposit upon order confirmation, 70% TT balance before shipment. Bank wire transfer (TT) accepted; full bank details are provided in the Proforma Invoice (PI).

Yes. Deep customization is available: cloth color, body color, size (7ft/8ft/9ft/12ft), bed material (MDF/marble/slate), cushions (wood/steel), brand logo & slogan printing, and dual-voltage 110V/220V for powered equipment.

2-year warranty on slate and woodwork structures; lifetime warranty options and free annual inspections for institutional buyers; 30-day return & exchange. After-sales includes 24h response, monthly follow-up, annual on-site inspection and a dedicated emergency hotline.

ISO 9001 quality management (covering cutting, assembly and finishing), FSC-certified timber, global trademark registration across 10 classes (CN/US/EU/JP/SEA), test reports, industry recommendation certificates; selected by China's Brand-China program in December 2024.

We exported to Mongolia and Russia as early as the 1990s and now serve 10,000+ global users, mainly in North America, Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Global delivery by sea/rail/express; freight is confirmed per destination port. One inquiry can include tables, accessories and amusement equipment in a single PI.
